When you send a contact request, order publications, register for seminars, newsletters, etc. you may be asked to provide certain personal data, such as name, address, social security number, IP address, telephone number, e-mail address and billing information. By submitting your personal data to SAM One, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy. You are responsible for keeping the information provided up to date.

Personal data is registered and processed by SAM One mainly for administrative purposes, to provide sam-one.com and to communicate with visitors. We also use personal data as a basis for business and method development, to provide you and your organization with relevant information and for statistical purposes. By analyzing visitor demographics, interests and behaviors, we achieve a better understanding of our visitors and customers. Seminars and events

Your personal data is registered and stored for the purpose of administering, preparing and evaluating meetings and network memberships and informing you about upcoming interesting seminars, meetings and news. The information provided is stored until you notify us that it should be deleted and may be forwarded to a subcontractor who provides our event tool.

Newsletters, communication, literature, etc.

Your personal data is registered and stored for the purpose of providing requested orders or mailings via email. The information provided is stored until you notify us that the subscription is to be terminated via a link in a previously sent e-mail or the delivery of a one-off mailing has been completed.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or other network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. SAM One takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy, against unauthorized access, alteration and destruction.

We want to keep your personal data up-to-date and accurate. If you want to know what personal data about you is being processed or request a correction, you can write to EdgeGuide AB, Att: Personuppgiftsombudet, Hantverkargatan 78, 112 38 Stockholm. Once per calendar year, you have the right to receive, free of charge, a register extract showing what data about you is being processed. Requests for register extracts must be made in writing to EdgeGuide's postal address and be personally signed by the applicant and contain information about the applicant's name and social security number. Extracts are sent to the applicant's registered address as soon as the application is received.
